iPhone 5S Will Be Announced In The First Quarter of 2013

The Chinese newspaper Commercial Times reported Apple’s manufacturing cooperators prepare to set on trial production of the next-generation “iPhone 5S” in December after the iPhone 5 just released less than two months ago. It is well known that the fourth-generation iPad announced in September this year after the third-generation model was announced in March. This news means Apple’s annual mobile device launch schedule accelerating?


The news suggests Apple are finding the way on production to avoid the yield issues it is facing with the current iPhone 5 model, which have resulted in consistently supply shortages. Commercial Times goes on to claim that mass production will begin in the first quarter of 2013. While the news does not indicate exactly when the new iPhone might launch, it does claim the iPhone 5S will be announced in the first half next year accompany with a new generation iPad and Apple’s much rumored HDTV.
