It's confirmed that Apple will launch the iPad mini on October 23rd since Apple has sent out the invitation. Howerever, it’s rumored that Apple will release the
iPad mini as well as the Mac mini next week.

According to the report from American tech
blog 9to5mac, Mac mini may still have two versions aiming at the consumer
market and server market respectively. It also said that Apple will sell these
two versions after the announcement.
Apple upgraded the Mac mini in July 2011,
which brought in the Intel Sandy Bridge, added the Thunderbolt port and removed
the CD-driver.

The latest news showed that Apple will
launch the iPad mini and the 13-inch Retina display MacBook Pro. All these products will be on the market before Christmas, which means
Apple seems to target the holiday shopping season.
